I was born the son of a male nurse

Well it has been a while since I posted something....but I just happened to have something very interesting happen to me this week. Some of you reading this may already know what I am talking about. Well where to begin...hmmm...to make a long story short...I managed to not obtain a certain trait that my older sister and father seem to have. You see..my dad is a Nurse and he used to work in the E.R. So he so happens to love seeing all the crazy ways people manage to hurt themselves. My older sister is the same way, she just got accepted in the nursing program at ASU. Then there is me. I do not do well with all the crazy ways people manage to hurt themselves and all that blood 'n guts business. Just not my thing. So as I was preparing to become a Junior over at Desert Ridge High School, I made sure to make my classes fit for me. This meant not taking anatomy...I decided physics was the way to go...no blood 'n guts. Just force, inertia, equations, and all that good stuff...oh, but how I got surprised the other day.

It was December 2, 2010. Just a normal day, woke up went to school...everything was fine and dandy. Then I reported to my first hour. Honors Physics with Mr. Stafford (who is like the coolest teacher of all time), but that day, we got to watch a video. It was the show Sport Science. I was excited, i had watched the show at home before and I enjoyed watching it. It was a cool show. Haha come to find out...its about sports injuries. Yuck. Mr. Stafford warned us before that if we started feeling sick, we should just stand up and walk out and grab a trash can if needed. I thought i would be fine, after all I did play sports and I watch sports and see injuries happen all the time...but once again..I was in for a surprise. They started showing a clip of a USC fullback being tackled and breaking his ankle. His foot was pointed to the right while his leg was still straight. Gross.

I was fine at first...but they kept playing the clip from the game over and over again. Then they started talking about how much force it would take to break his ankle (that is where the physics comes in). Just about this time I started gettin light headed. So I did not want to stand up and walk out...that would just end up in disaster...just think all 6 foot 3 of me crumpling to the ground and not being able to break my fall. Anyways, I just decided to put my head on my desk hoping that it would just pass. And well....the next thing I know, the lights are on...the desks are all like...moved around into a circle and my whole physics class is staring at me in horror. Awkward. I passed out. Then a lot of things of happened..I ended up getting to ride in a wheel chair and go down the school elevator. woohoo! :)

Well yup...that was my adventure :) I am all good now. I would like to thank everybody who like...actually cared about me and asked me if I was alright. It meant a lot. And thanks for not making to much fun of me ha. You are the greatest friends ever :) Wull...that's all for now...I'm out. :)
